Sanatan Organic ensures that the fastest and most efficient dispatch & delivery chain is in place to get your orders to you as swiftly as possible from our warehouse. From the time your order is dispatched from our Order Processing Centre, it takes 2- 7 working days to reach you.

Delivery in India:
Sanatan Organic delivers to most locations within India. For logistical reasons, we are unable to deliver to few places.

Delivery methods:

Sanatan Organic dispatches all parcels using a courier chosen according to your order or the type of products sold on Sanatanorganic.com to offer you a fast and reliable delivery service. With this service, your parcel is delivered within 2 – 7 working days of being dispatched. You can track your delivery via the My Account / My orders page.

Other Charges:

Any additional charges such as octroi will be borne by the customer.

Cash on delivery charges:
Cash on delivery option is available only in Kolkata and for amounts less than Rs 10,000. If the chosen mode of payment is cash on delivery, there is an additional charge of Rs. 50 as convenience charges for such orders. You can view the delivery charges at the time of payment. These are over and above the selling price of the product. You can also view the delivery charges in the invoice or My order section of the website.

Delivery times:
It takes between 2-10 days to deliver your order from the date you make a purchase on our site.  From the time your order is dispatched from our Order Processing Center, it takes 2 – 7 working days to reach you.

Express Sales:
Your Express order will be shipped within 24hrs from the purchase. Depending upon your location you will receive your order within 2-7 business days. In case of a prepaid order placed between Monday to Friday, your order will be processed and shipped within 24hrs and all orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday or the next working day.

In case, you have placed a Cash-on-Delivery order between Monday to Friday, your order will be processed and shipped within 24hrs after we verify your order and all orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday or the next working day after verification.

In the My Account / My orders section, you can view:
» the dispatch date of your parcel (available once your parcel has left our Order Processing Center);
» the date your order is delivered;
» To keep you updated on the status of your order we will send you an email/message to let you know  when your order has shipped.

Delivery Worldwide:

We ship products worldwide and shipping charges are extra for such orders. You can see the shipping rates for respective regions in the ‘get quote’ section of the website.

Please note that any other/additional charges/levies/fees/taxes as per the law of the land (your country/package destination) will be borne by the customer. These include, but are not limited to, custom duties and/or VAT or any other charges levied by your country/package destination. We hope you understand that Sanatan Organic can’t predict or ascertain or calculate whether any of these charges will be applicable or not and Sanatan Organic shall not be liable for any such additional  charges/levies/fees/taxes. If under any circumstances, you fail to pay the above charges and/or don’t accept the shipment, Sanatan Organic shall not be liable and no money shall be refunded/returned to you.
